Through Google Hangouts, Amani Clubs are using technology to cross cultural, ethnic, racial, religious, geographical, gender, social and economic differences. Google offers an opportunity for students to connect across distances and to work together easily. Initiated in Israel, Hangout Bridges demonstrates the power of technology in bringing people together, sharing experiences and creating common understanding. This common understanding anout issues promotes inclusion and co-creating content that counters divisive narratives ultimately helping young people appreciate the richness of cultural diversity.
