The Human Resources section is responsible for :
- Advising the Commission on strategic management of human resource
- Developing the Commission’s Human Capital through employee engagement, talent management, learning and development programs.
- Designing human resource policies and procedures and ensuring fair and consistent implementation of the same.
- Designing jobs to ensure operational efficiency and quality of service.
- Managing change initiatives in the Commission.
- Advising on strategic human resource planning.
- Guiding the recruitment and selection process and ensuring proper placement.
- Implementing the performance management process in the Commission with an aim of establishing a high performing culture.
- Processing employee salary and benefits.
- Discipline management.
- Providing employee welfare services.
