Dr. Daniel Mutegi Giti serves as the Chief Executive Officer/Commission Secretary of the National Cohesion and Integration Commission. He joins the Commission from Vision 2030 Delivery Secretariat. James Ratego Wanyande
James Ratego Wanyande is an advocate based in Kenya, with a strong professional focus on cyber law, good governance, and human rights. He currently serves as the Head of Investigations and Compliance at the National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC), where he has contributed significantly for nearly 15 years. In this capacity, he leads efforts to promote national cohesion and address hate speech, ethnic discrimination, and incitement to violence. Mr. Kilian Nyambu Machila
Mr. Kilian Nyambu is the Director of Public Education and Engagement. He holds a Master of Education (M.Ed) in Educational Administration and Planning as well as Bachelor of Education (Arts) degree from the University of Nairobi. Mr. Nyambu has over 20 years of experience in working with the public sector. Before joining the Commission, Mr. Nyambu worked for the Ministries of Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs as well as Youth and Sports as an Assistant Director, in charge of National Cohesion and Youth Training respectively. He has also served as a teacher, Head of Department and Deputy Principal in a number of secondary schools in Kenya. Mr. Nyambu has multiple certificates in various management programmes from different training institutions including the Kenya School of Administration. He also serves in several committees and secondary school boards of Management.
Olive C. Metet, MPRSK
MS. Metet is the Deputy Director Corporate Communications. She has over 13 years in the field of Corporate Communication and Knowledge Management. She has excellent skills in Strategic Corporate Communications and Public Relations, spearheading award winning publications as well as media campaigns having grown through the ranks, from a public relations officer to Head of Corporate Communications and Customer Experience. She joined the Commission from the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) among working in other Government Parastatal. She holds a Masters of Arts Communication Studies from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Arts degree Communication-Public Relations (Honors) from the Daystar University. She is a member of Public Relations Society of Kenya (PRSK). She spearheads and manages communication and knowledge function at the Commission.  
Ms Millicent Okatch
Millicent is the Deputy Director of Research & Knowledge Management. She holds a Masters of Arts Degree with specialization in Sociology and Community Development and Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and Communication both from the University of Nairobi. She is a certified Bullet Proof Management and Development specialist having been trained by APMG and Raiser Group. Millicent is a results-oriented, hands-on Social Development expert, with a successful 19-year career, having worked for various International Relief and Development Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in different capacities. CHRP Caroline W.Gateru
Caroline Gateru is the Deputy Director Human Resource and Administration in the Commission. She has extensive experience in the field of HR having worked for over 15 years in the public sector. Caroline is industrious, thorough and meticulous in her work, this has enabled her built a successful career in HR. She has championed the development and review of HR Policy documents including the HR manual, organizational structure and establishment, code of conduct, career progression, service charter, performance management and rewards policy among others. She is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP). In addition to this she holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management, a Bachelors Degree in Education, a Post Graduate Diploma in HRM and a Diploma in IT. She is a full member of the Institute of Human Resource Management in Kenya. She is currently finalizing her Doctorate in HRM.
John-David Odhiambo, MCIPS
